The resort's three-story layout places every room above the tree line, ensuring unobstructed panoramas from the Sierra Nevada to the lake.

Guests have ski-in/ski-out access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, which lies minutes from the property. The surrounding area offers direct hiking trails into Burton Creek State Park and is 1.9 km from Incline Village Championship Golf Course. The resort also sits 10 km from Old Brockway Golf Course, a historic course dating back to the 1920s.

Tahoe Chaparral provides a 24-hour front desk with remotely managed check-in, printing room keys and parking permits through a TV screen. Private parking is available on-site for a fee, and complimentary WiFi is included in every unit. Safety systems include CCTV in common areas and outside the property, plus fire extinguishers and smoke alarms in each condo.
