“The Historian Inn strikes a good balance for budget-conscious travelers, with rooms that are surprisingly spacious and clean, and a thoughtful touch of complimentary donuts and coffee in the morning adds to the value. While the historic charm is evident, managing expectations around noise from upper floors and occasional Wi-Fi fluctuations is worthwhile. Still, for a comfortable, friendly stay in Gardnerville, it certainly holds its own.”
